Cancelation Policy & Fee

$25-100

If you cancel with in the 48-hour window of your booking you will be billed for 50% of your original booking. If you DO NOT let me know about the cancelation you will be responsible for your ENTIRE original bill.

This fee has a minimum of $25 and a maximum of $100

Holiday Booking Fee

$25

A holiday fee is added to any booking on a holiday period. It is one flat fee. However, if your booking spans over multiple holidays it will be applied for each holiday.

Late Booking Fee

$25

If you book with less than 48 hours in advance you are subject to a $25 fee.

Payment Policy

Payments are due up front unless otherwise documented and signed by owner and us. If a trip is extended, you must pay within 48 hours of return. If trip is cut short money is not refundable unless prematurely agreed upon.

Liability agreement

If your pet(s) accidentally dies, becomes ill, injured, or lost, Pet Owner waives and releases Pet Sitter from any claim arising from such an incident. If the pet(s) bites or injures Pet Sitter, any other human or animal, Pet Owner will be responsible for any resulting injury. In addition, Pet Owner shall hold harmless and indemnify Pet Sitter against any and all costs, expenses, losses, liabilities and claims arising out of or relating to any acts of the pets) except if arising out of the negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of the Pet Sitter.
